What inspired the concept, and how has it progressed to date?
Yeah, sure. We got started pretty quickly. I had a unique situation with my co-founder, who was in his 70s when we launched. He had gone through his entire career without ever using a computer. Then, just before Christmas in 2010, he got a computer for the first time. We started talking about the internet, and he asked, “What do people even do on the internet?” I showed him a website called CafePress, and the next day, he came back to me and said, “I love what you showed me yesterday.
