The licenses described in this Section

The domain name or other 1and1 web properties LICENSES AND USE
You shall not assert the invalidity. unenforceability. or contest the ownership by SELLER of the Licensed Materials. the SELLER Site. or any related links. artwork. logos or other materials in any action or proceeding of whatever kind or nature. and shall not take any action that may prejudice SELLER’s rights in the marks. render the same generic. or otherwise weaken their validity or diminish their associated goodwill.
AFFILIATE’s Grant of Non-Exclusive License LICENSES AND USE

The term of this Agreement will begin upon your acceptance of this Agreement and our acceptance of your application for the Affiliate Program. and will end when terminated by either party.
