26-year-old internet marketer Marat Burinov decided that the game was worth the candle, dropped everything and flew to Montenegro to freelance. He spoke frankly about life and work in the Balkans in an interview with Andrey Burenok.

Marat, how did you end up in Montenegro?

I am originally from Kalmykia, but email data I studied in the Rostov region. I went to Montenegro for the first time in 2014. At that time, I was already earning money online. Then I studied to be a programmer for three years, but I wanted to earn money not in the future, but right away. And I decided to free up the time I spent studying at the university and invest it in work. I completed my bachelor’s degree, but I didn’t go to master’s degree, but I immersed myself in the digital

World. Yes, I studied to be check your information and share it too  an IT specialist, but I always liked marketing, online sales. I was lucky. My friend showed me the Instagram topic and I realized that you can make money on advertising, I realized that traffic is the oil of the 21st century and all that remains is to find ways to get this traffic. I did it.

Today, my clients are mainly cmb directory small businesses that promote their services online. The topics are different. This is interior design, trading, men’s suits, there was even a Formula 1 racer. Now we are leading 6 clients, some in SMM, some in other areas. Our portfolio has up to 10 projects that we are proud of.
